"Decent for the price, but nothing special"
I ordered from RickRak and it was okay overall. The prices seemed reasonable, but I was expecting the quality to be a little better for what I paid. It’s not like I regret buying it or anything, just more average than I hoped, if that makes sense. I’d probably say it’s worth checking out if there’s a sale, but I’d only order again if the price was lower

They got back to me really fast and helped me right away, which I definitely appreciated. I’m not totally sure it was the best experience overall, but the quick support was a nice surprise

"Looks a bit outdated to me"
I don’t know, the whole style just feels kind of dated. Like, it’s a little messy visually and not the nicest to browse through. It works, I guess, but it could definitely use a cleaner look.

I ordered from rickrak.com and wasn’t expecting it to get to me so fast. I got the tracking info quickly, and the package started moving almost right away, which was a nice surprise.
It actually arrived earlier than I thought it would, and everything was in good shape. The updates were maybe a little basic, but nothing that caused any issues. Overall, I’m really happy with how fast the shipping was and I’d definitely order again.

"Decent packaging, but the dent stood out"
It was packed securely, maybe even a little overdone, but the box still showed up with a small dent. Nothing inside seemed damaged, but I definitely noticed the dent right away

"Easy exchange, just a little slow on the refund"
I had to exchange a shirt after realizing I ordered the wrong size. From my experience, the process was straightforward, the instructions were easy to follow, and customer service got back to me within about a day. The replacement arrived without any issues and fit fine. The only part that dragged a bit was the refund timing, which felt slower than I expected. Still, overall it was a decent experience and not stressful.

"Fit a little tighter than expected"
I ordered my usual size, but it ended up fitting a bit tighter than I thought it would. It’s not even about that being a huge deal, because it’s still wearable, I just wish the size chart had been a little more accurate. Shipping was totally fine though.

"Order showed up just right"
I got my order from rickrak.com and, yeah—everything was exactly right. No missing items, no weird mix-ups. I was going to say I was surprised, but this is just what I hoped for: what I picked is what showed up. Simple, but that’s all I needed, so I’m happy with it.

"Didn’t Hold Up for Long"
In the end, it just didn’t last as long as I hoped. The order itself was totally fine and everything looked okay at first, but after only a few uses, the material started showing wear. It’s decent, just not something I’d count on for long-term use.
